Shipping of the package

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24 hours after receipt of payment, through a courier service, unless the order is made on holidays, in this case the shipment will be made the next business day at Order confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email after the payment, and another one of Order sent when it has been deposited in the transport company

The delivery of the orders is estimated at a maximum of 72h for Spain and 96 hours for Europe from the reception of the mail of confirmation of shipment.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. These transportation costs may vary according to the total weight of the package or the current promotion. We try to select the fastest and cheapest transport company for you.

If your package is retained in customs in case of countries outside U.E we try that the customs expenses are minimum; These will be borne by the customer.

If for any reason you would like to combine two orders in one, let us know and we will deduct the relevant shipping costs.

Returns

If after your purchase at Rototom Store you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to request your return by writing to merchandise@rototom.com so that the return labels are sent to you.

Only the return costs that will be equivalent to the shipping costs will be charged to your account (Cost assumed in the first place by Rototom Store in case of promotion costs 0).

The merchandise must be returned in the same conditions in which it was sent, in case you need a smaller wrapper, you can make use of the original plastic packaging by turning it over, seal it propitiantly, and stick the labels that will be provided.

The refund will be effective as soon as the merchandise arrives back to our headquarters.

You will have two options to make the return:

Delivery at the post office or collection at your home, the return costs may vary slightly from one option to another; the choice will always be in your hand since you will be informed of the cost of one or the other.
